I know the feeling of fighting an uphill battle with yourself. Trying to push and make things happen in your life and career, while operating in a state of stress, exhaustion, poor health, and overall just “blah.” It’s not fun and it’s not productive. Things are harder, take longer, and feel less satisfying. For so many this is the norm, but it doesn’t have to be for you. I take a nourishing approach to physical wellbeing. Forget the restrictive diets and exhaustive workouts. They don’t work because they’re not sustainable. Instead, we’ll build a solid foundation of health through nutrition, movement, and quality sleep that will leave you feeling fueled and energized. We’ll develop a plan that fits seamlessly into your schedule and most importantly, that you enjoy.

Calm.

Stress and anxiety affects your nervous system leaving you in a constant state of fight-or-flight. Not only is it hard to relax, but the extra cortisol produced can have damaging effects on the body as well. To calm the mind we must get to the root of your stress, address it, and use targeted techniques to manage it. Some of those include mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork, among other relaxation tools.

Live.

Are you living with purpose or on auto pilot? Living intentionally—knowing what’s important to you and crafting your life accordingly—brings more joy, peace, and fulfillment to your everyday life. We’ll add in more of the good stuff—the people, places and activities that make you feel restored—through various selfcare practices. And we’ll create routines to make these feel-good activities an integral part of your lifestyle.
